11. סגירת כבישים, רציפים וכו׳
תיקון: תש״ט, ס״ח תשי״ג
מנהל הנמל רשאי, כשהוא סבור כי רצוי לעשות זאת, לסגור כל שערי מבוא, כביש, שובר־גלים, רציף או מחסן סחורה או כל חלק מהם, והוא יוכל לאסור את השמוש בהם או להרשותו בתנאים שימצא לנכון להטיל.
