14. מאורותיהן של ספינות העוברות בנמל
תיקון: תש״ט
כל בעל ספינות או ספן הממונה על ספינה שיש לה רשיון עפ״י סעיף 9 [צ״ל: סעיף 8] של פקודת הנמלים חייב לדאוג לכך כי יהיה בספינה בכל אותן השעות שבהן עובדת הספינה בין שקיעת החמה ועלות השחר מאור לבן בהיר אשר יראה בצורה בולטת את מספר הספינה ולהראותו או להניפו מעל לירכתי הספינה באופן שכל ספינה או סירה מתקרבת תוכל לראותו יפה.
