4. מסירת מניפסט–יבוא בהגיע הספינה
תיקון: תש״ט
אנית סוחר שהגיעה לנמל בין כשהיא טעונה ובין כשהיא בעקל, חייב רב־חובלה או סוכנה להגיש לפקיד המוסמך של הנמל תוך 24 שעה משעת בואה העתק של מניפסט היבוא של מטען הספינה והמציין את המידות והמשקלות ששולמו בעדם דמי הובלה ורשימה של הנוסעים העולים אל החוף.
