6. ביטול אישור של גוף ציבורי
(א)שר העבודה והרווחה רשאי לאחר שנתן לגוף הזדמנות להשמיע טענותיו, בין בפניו ובין בפני מי שהשר קבעו לכך, לבטל אישור שניתן לגוף, אם חדלו, לדעתו, להתקיים בו אחד או יותר מהתנאים המפורטים בתקנה 3.
(ב)הודעה על ביטול אישור לפי תקנה זו תפורסם ברשומות, וכעבור שלושים ימים מיום הפרסום בטלה כל הפניה שנעשתה על ידי אותו גוף.
