5. מקום השיפוט
(א)ערר שראש בית הדין קבע כי יש לקיימו בנוכחות הצדדים, יידון בהתאם למקום העסק העיקרי שבעניינו הוגש הערר.
(ב)ועדת הערר רשאית להורות על קיום הדיון במקום אחר, אם סברה שנפלה טעות בבחירת מקום הדיון או שמאזן הנוחות מצדיק זאת; ערר שהועבר כאמור, לא יועבר עוד.
