10. אישור הפסק
תיקון: תשמ״ה
המשיב רשאי להתנגד לאישור פסק בוררות בדרך בקשה לביטולו, תוך חמישה עשר ימים מיום שהומצאה לו ההודעה האמורה בתקנה 8, ובלבד שלא יאחר מן המועד הקבוע בסעיף 27 לחוק; לא התנגד כאמור, יאשר בית המשפט או הרשם את הפסק ואין צורך לשמוע את בעלי הדין.
