תיקון: תשפ״א
בקשה לעיכוב הליכים לפי סעיפים 5(ב) או 6 לחוק תוגש לבית המשפט שבו הוגשה התובענה; לא נכללה הבקשה בכתב ההגנה, תוגש כבקשה בכתב לפי תקנה 54 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי.
