11. הפעלת תחנה
תיקון: תש״ף־2
(א)לא יפעיל אדם תחנת שיט אלא אם כן הוא בעל תעודת הפעלה, ולא ירשה בעל תחנה או אדם אחר מטעמו לאחר להפעיל אותה תחנה אלא לבעל תעודת הפעלה.
(ב)לא יקים אדם תחנת חובבים, לא יקיימה ולא יפעילה אלא אם כן הוא בעל תעודת חובבים.
(ג)בעל תעודה יפעיל את התחנה בתנאים שפורטו בתעודה ובהתאם לתנאי הרשיון.
(ד)(בוטלה).
