8. העברת תחנה לאחר
בעל רשיון לא ימכור תחנת קשר נושא רשיונו ולא יעבירנה לאחר בדרך אחרת, בשלמותה או בחלקה, אלא אם כן הותרו המכירה או ההעברה ברשיונו ובהתאם לתנאיו.
