102. בדיקות זרמים מושרים
לא ייערך פיצוץ בחשמל בשטח הנמצא מתחת לקו חשמל מתח גבוה, בקרבת תחנת שידור של רדיו, טלוויזיה, מכ״ם או בכל מקום שיש יסוד להניח שישנה אפשרות של קיום זרמים מושרים, אלא אם כן תחילה נבדקו השטח או המקום בידי אדם בעל הכשרה מתאימה, המשתמש במכשירים נאותים או באמצעים אחרים, כדי לגלות שלא קיימים זרמים מושרים העלולים להפעיל את הפיצוץ באופן בלתי מבוקר.
