116. ביצוע הפיצוץ
(א)הפיצוץ ייעשה על ידי הפעלת מכשיר הפיצוץ או הפעלת מתג הפיצוץ.
(ב)ההפעלה האמורה לא תיעשה אלא ממקלט בטוח או מחוץ לשטח הסכנה, כפי שקבע הממונה על הפיצוצים, אך לא פחות מ־200 מטרים ממקום הפיצוץ.
