118. פתיל כשיר לשימוש
לא ישתמשו בפתיל בטיחות לשם פיצוץ אלא אם כן –
(1)זמן הבעירה של הפתיל נבדק בטרם נלקח הגליל לשימוש;
(2)הבדיקה נעשתה על ידי הצתת קטע פתיל באורך של מטר אחד באוויר הפתוח, ומדידת אורך זמן בעירתו;
(3)זמן הבעירה של הקטע האמור הוא בין 90 ל־110 שניות.
