128. איסור לולאות וכיפופים
(א)קווי הפתיל הרועם, הראשיים והמשניים, יהיו חופשיים מהצטלבויות, מפיתולים וכיפופים חדים, פרט לאותם כיפופים לחיבורם של הקווים המשניים אל הקווים הראשיים.
(ב)לא ייעשו חיבורים בפתיל רועם בכיוון הנוגד את התקדמות ההתפוצצות.
