138. עשן וגזים
(א)נעשה הפיצוץ במקום שבו עשן או גזים אינם מתפזרים מיד, לא ייכנס אדם לאותו מקום, אלא ברשות הממונה על הפיצוצים.
(ב)הממונה על הפיצוצים לא יתן רשות כאמור, אלא לאחר שנוכח לדעת שכל העשן והגזים נמוגו, וכי לנכנס לא נשקפת עוד סכנה.
