153. חובת השמדת חומרי נפץ
חומרי נפץ, פתילים או נפצים פגומים או שתוקפם לשימוש פג, או שנשארו בשטח מאיורים, או שנשארו בתום יום עבודה כשאין אפשרות לאחסנם, יושמדו בידי הממונה על הפיצוצים, בידיעת בעל ההיתר.
