156. חובת רישום חומר נפץ מושמד
(א)השמדת חומר נפץ תירשם בדו״ח מיוחד אשר יכלול –
(1)סוגים וכמויות חומרי נפץ או פתילים או נפצים אשר הושמדו;
(2)סיבות ההשמדה;
(3)תיאור עבודות ההשמדה וציון האירועים החריגים שהיו במהלכן.
(ב)הדו״ח יהיה חתום בידי הממונה על הפיצוצים ובעל ההיתר ויהווה אסמכתא להפחתת הכמות המושמדת מרשימת המלאי שבמחסן; הפעולות יירשמו ביומן הפיצוצים ובפנקס המחסן, לפי הענין.
