164. הגבלת הכמות ושימוש בתחל מחומר תקין
(א)כמות חומרי הנפץ המותרת להשמדה בפיצוץ אחד לא תעלה על 10 ק״ג; במקרים מיוחדים ובאישורו בכתב של בעל ההיתר, מותר יהיה להשמיד כמות עד 50 ק״ג בבת אחת; כמויות גדולות יותר, מותר יהיה להשמיד רק באישורו של מפקח העבודה האזורי.
(ב)חומר הנפץ המיועד להשמדה, יופעל באמצעות תחל המורכב מאצבע של חומר נפץ תקין ובתוכו נפץ חשמלי תקין.
