186. איסור פיצוץ גלוי
(א)בהריסת מבנה בשטח בנוי אסור להשתמש במטענים גלויים, אלא במטענים הנתונים בתוך חורים וקדחים.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי מפקח עבודה אזורי להתיר השימוש במטענים גלויים, לפי נסיבות הענין.
