198. אחריות הממונה על הפיצוצים בעבודות יעור
הממונה על הפיצוצים אחראי על –
(1)קביעת כיוון תנועת כל מפוצץ מקצועי בעת הפעלת הפיצוץ או הדלקת הפתילים וכן בעת הנסיעה למסתור;
(2)מתן אותות אזעקה מוכרים המחייבים את צוותי העבודה;
(3)הדלקת פתילי בקרה כדי לקבוע את הזמן להתחלת הנסיגה למקום המחסה.
