245. סמכות להתיר סטיה או פטור
מפקח עבודה אזורי, רשאי להתיר סטיה מהוראות פרק זה כולן או מקצתן או לפטור מהן, אם שוכנע שבנסיבות הענין הדבר נחוץ וכי ננקטו אמצעים להנחת דעתו, לשמירת רמת בטיחות סבירה.
