247. רכב אסור בהובלה
(א)חומר נפץ לא יובל –
(1)ברכב ציבורי;
(2)ברכב פרטי;
(3)בגרור;
(4)ברכב שאינו סגור מכל צדדיו;
(5)בכף של מעמיס קדמי (שופל), מחפר (בגר) וכיוצא באלה;
(6)ברכב שאין בו הפרדה בין תא הנהג לארגז המטען.
(ב)הוראות תקנת משנה (א)(4) לא יחולו על רכב משא המוביל חומרי נפץ שלא כעיסוקו העיקרי, אם ההובלה נעשית בהתאם לדרישות שפורטו בהיתר לגבי הרכב המסויים.
