257. השגחה
לא יושאר רכב עמוס חומר נפץ ללא השגחה תמידית של הנהג או המלווה כאמור בתקנה 249; לענין זה, ”השגחה תמידית“ – הנהג או המלווה –
(1)נמצא ברכב או בטווח ראיה ממנו והוא מסוגל להגיע אליו במהירות וללא הפרעה;
(2)ער ואינו עסוק בתפקיד או פעולה אחרת העלולים להסיח דעתו מן הרכב.
