278. הפסקות חניה
נהג המעביר חומר נפץ ברכב –
(1)לא יעשה בשעת ההובלה הפסקה בלתי הכרחית;
(2)לא יחנה את הרכב בסמוך לגשר, מינהרה, בית מגורים, בנין או מקום שבו מתקהלים או עובדים בני אדם, אלא אם כן הדבר הכרחי מחמת שהמקום הוא היעד הסופי למסירת חומרי הנפץ.
