30. מינוי בעל היתר או הממונה על הפיצוצים כמחסנאי
בעל היתר וממונה על פיצוצים כשירים, כל אחד, להתמנות מחסנאי אם אישר זאת, בכתב, מפקח העבודה האזורי.
