325. איסור שימוש בחומרי נפץ מציתי אוויר נפיץ
במכרה או מינהרה שקיימת בהם סכנת הימצאות תערובות נפיצות של גזים או אבק, לא ישתמש אדם בחומרי נפץ המסוגלים להצית תערובות כאמור, אלא בחומרי נפץ מיוחדים שאושרו בהיתר לענין זה.
