34. השעיית מחסנאי
מפקח עבודה אזורי רשאי להשעות מחסנאי לתקופה שלא תעלה על 6 חודשים, או עד לסיום ההליכים המשפטיים, אם ננקטו כאלה נגדו, בכל מקרה של מעשה או מחדל שלדעתו עלול היה לגרום נזק לגוף או לרכוש, אם לא מילא אחר הוראות תקנות אלה הנוגעות לו.
