44. ייעוד מחסן
(א)לא ישתמשו במחסן אלא לאחסנת חומרי נפץ.
(ב)לא יוחסן ולא יוחזק במחסן חומר נפץ לקוי או פגום.
(ג)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) מותר להחזיק במסדרון של מחסן קבוע או מחסן זמני כלי עבודה הדרושים לשימוש במחסן ולמילוי החובות בהתאם לתקנות אלה, לרבות מכשירים לפתיחת אריזות שאין בהם מתכת ברזלית.
