60. השמדת אריזות משומשות
(א)בכלי קיבול ריקים שהכילו חומר נפץ מסוג 1 כגון ארגזי עץ או קרטון, וכן בחמרי אריזה של חומרי נפץ, כגון נייר ונסורת, לא ייעשה שימוש חוזר.
(ב)החמרים הנזכרים בתקנת משנה (א) יושמדו על ידי שריפתם בשטח פתוח מבודד, ולא יימצא אדם במרחק קטן מ־15 מטרים מהחומר לאחר שהוצת.
