66. קדיחה לאחר פיצוץ
(א)לא תיעשה קדיחה לאחר פיצוץ אלא לאחר בדיקה יסודית באתר כדי לוודא שלא נותר חומר נפץ שטרם התפוצץ.
(ב)נתגלה בבדיקה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) חומר נפץ, הוא יטופל לפני שיתחילו בקדיחה.
