68. תנאים להבאת חומר נפץ
לא יובא חומר נפץ לשטח הפיצוץ אלא לאחר –
(1)שהקדחים שבהם ייטען הוכנו, בוקרו ונוקו, כאמור בתקנה 63;
(2)שכל המכונות, הכלים, המכשירים והחמרים שאינם דרושים לטעינת חומר הנפץ הורחקו למרחק בטוח;
(3)שחומר סתימה מתאים הובא או נמצא בכמות מספקת במקום.
