73. הרחקת ציוד וניקוי השטח
לפני טעינת קדח בחומר נפץ ירחיק הממונה על הפיצוצים או מי שהוא הורה לו כך, את כל המכונות, המכשירים, הכלים והחומרים שאינם דרושים לטעינה מקרבת המקום, זולת אם הם דרושים לפעולות בשיטות עבודה מיוחדות כאמור בתקנה 65(ב), וינקה את השטח מאבנים קטנות, במרחק של חצי מטר לפחות מסביב לקדחים.
