80. טעינה בתפזורת
(א)לא יטען אדם קדח בחומר נפץ בתפזורת אלא אם כן הוא משתמש באמצעי מדידה מתאים המאפשר ידיעת כמות חומר הנפץ שהוא טוען.
(ב)לא יטען אדם קדח, אלא אם כן הוא מודד בזמן הטעינה באמצעים מתאימים את גובה עמוד חומר הנפץ בקדח.
(ג)הוראת תקנת משנה (א) לא תחול כאשר הטעינה נעשית במנות שלמות ארוזות בידי יצרן חומר הנפץ, והכמות המצויה בכל אריזה ידועה.
