9. זכות לקבלת מטבע חוץ
תושב חוץ שהוא בעל מניה שהיא מסדרת מניות, זכאי לקבל מטבע חוץ לפי שער החליפין הרשמי כדי להעביר אל מחוץ לישראל דיבידנד שקיבל בעל המניה או את תמורת מכירתה.
