תיקון: תשפ״ה
מי שמייצר בישראל פטור מרישיון ייצור אם מתקיימים כל אלה:
(1)בידיו מסמך שווה ערך לרישיון ייצור, שנתנה לו הרשות המוסמכת במדינת חוץ (להלן בתקנה זו – רישיון ייצור זר), רישיון הייצור הזר תקף, לא הותלה ולא בוטל, והוא פועל לפי רישיון הייצור הזר ולפי תנאיו;
(2)בין הרשות לבין הרשות המוסמכת כאמור בפסקה (1) קיימים נהלים מוסכמים בדבר הכרה הדדית ברישיונות ייצור.
