26. הצהרת התאמה
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)המבקש יגיש למנהל, באופן ובצורה שיורה, הצהרת התאמה, לכל מנוע כלי טיס או למדחף המוגש למנהל לשם קבלת תעודת סוג, לפיה מנוע כלי הטיס או המדחף ממלא אחר דרישות תכן הסוג שלהם.
(ב)המבקש יגיש למנהל, באופן ובצורה שיורה, הצהרת התאמה לכל כלי טיס או לכל חלק ממנו המוגשים למנהל לניסויים, לפיה המבקש מילא אחר הוראות תקנה 15, אלא אם הסכים המנהל אחרת לפי תקנת משנה (ב) לתקנה האמורה.
