תיקון: תשע״ב, תשע״ט
בעל תעודת ייצור המבקש להכניס תיקון בתעודה על ידי הוספת תעודת סוג או דגם נוסף או שניהם כאחד, יגיש למנהל בקשה באופן ובצורה שיורה המנהל.
