60. תוקף התעודה
תעודת ייצור תהיה בת תוקף כל עוד לא הוחזרה, הותלתה או בוטלה, או כל עוד לא תם המועד לסיום תקפה שקבע המנהל, וכל עוד מיתקני הייצור של היצרן לא הועתקו למקום אחר.
