תיקון: תשע״ט
לא יתן המנהל תעודת יצרן חלקים אם מפעל הייצור שבו מיוצרים הפריטים נמצא מחוץ למדינת ישראל, אלא אם מצא שמקום הימצאו של המפעל לא יטיל מעמסת יתר בפיקוח על מילוי אחר תקנות כושר אוירי.
