116. הכרה בהחלטות חוץ
בית המשפט רשאי בפסק הדין להביא בחשבון בשיקוליו, החלטה שיפוטית או מינהלית שניתנה במדינה שבה נמצא מקום מגוריו הקבוע של הילד, גם אם לא התמלאו התנאים לכך לפי סעיף 11 לחוק אכיפת פסקי חוץ, התשי״ח–1958.
