13. הגשת כתב הגנה
(א)כתב הגנה יוגש בתוך 30 ימים לאחר המצאת כתב התביעה לידי הנתבע.
(ב)בתביעה למזונות, לכתב ההגנה תצורף הרצאת פרטים לפי טופס 4 שבתוספת הראשונה.
