144. מניין הימים
(א)המועד הקובע לתחילת מניין הימים לפרק הזמן שנקבע בתקנות אלה הוא יום המצאת המסמך, למעט אם נקבע אחרת בתקנות אלה; אם ניתנה החלטה במעמד בעלי הדין, יימנה המועד ממועד הדיון.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות אחרות בתקנות אלה, תקופת פגרה של בית המשפט לא תובא במניין הימים שנקבעו בתקנות אלה או שקבע בית המשפט, זולת אם בית המשפט הורה אחרת.
