תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)בלי לגרוע מתקנה 33 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, מסמך המנוי על רשימת המסמכים בתוספת השנייה יועבר לעיונו של שופט שיחליט גם בדבר קבלתו.
(ב)נוסף על האמור בתקנה 33 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, מזכירות בית המשפט תקבל מסמך לרישום, ובלבד שמתקיימות בו גם הוראות תקנה 12(א) ו־(ב)(1) לתקנות אלה.
