22. קדם משפט
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)על אף האמור בתקנה 61 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, רשאי בית המשפט להורות כי בהליך שלפניו לא תתקיים ישיבת קדם משפט; הורה בית המשפט כאמור, יורה על סדרים לניהול ההליך לרבות לעניין הגשת רשימת עדים ואופן דיון בבקשות בהליך.
(ב)האמור בתקנה 61(ג1) לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי לא יחול על תובענות הנדונות בבית המשפט.
