28. קבלת עדות
(א)בית המשפט רשאי לקבל כראיה כל עדות שהובאה לפניו, אף אם אינה קבילה בבית משפט אחר.
(ב)בית המשפט יקבע את ממצאיו לפי הראיות המסתברות יותר.
(ג)תקנה זו לא תחול על תובענה לפי חוק הירושה, התשכ״ה–1965, שעילתה אינה סכסוך בתוך המשפחה.
