50. החלטה על שמיעת הילד
(א)בית המשפט יורה בקדם המשפט על שמיעת הילד ויפנה את הוריו ליחידת הסיוע באמצעות טופס 9 שבתוספת הראשונה, אלא אם כן החליט כאמור בתקנה 49 כי הילד לא יישמע; לטופס יצורפו דברי הסבר המיועדים לילד ולהוריו על הליך שמיעת הילד ומטרתו.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראת תקנת משנה (א), רשאי בית המשפט להחליט על שמיעת הילד בכל שלב של הדיון.
