בפרק זה –
”חוק אמנת האג“ – חוק אמנת האג (החזרת ילדים חטופים), התשנ״א–1991;
”חוק הסעד“ – חוק הסעד (סדרי דין בענייני קטינים, חולי נפש ונעדרים), התשט״ו–1955;
”ערעור על פסק דין“ – ערעור על פסק דין בתביעה או בערעור;
”תביעה“ – תובענה להחזרת ילד מחוץ לישראל לפי חוק אמנת האג.
