4. ויתור על זכאות לדירת שירות
מתנדב שזכאי למגורים בדירת שירות לפי תקנה 3(א) רשאי לוותר על הזכאות האמורה, ובלבד שהגוף המפעיל אישר כי הוויתור האמור לא יפגע בשירות; מתנדב שוויתר על הזכאות כאמור, יחתום על כתב ויתור שתוקפו עד תום השירות של המתנדב בגוף המפעיל.
