1. היטל נסיעה לחוץ לארץ
תיקון: תשמ״ד, [ק״ת הודעות]
(א)מי שנוסע לחוץ לארץ ישלם לאוצר המדינה לפני יציאתו מהארץ היטל בסכום של 250 שקלים חדשים (להלן – ההיטל).
(ב)שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לשנות בתקנות את סכום ההיטל.
