תיקון: תשמ״ד
אדם שעשה אחת מאלה, דינו – מאסר שנה:
(1)עבר על הוראת סעיף 3(ב);
(2)מסר ידיעה כוזבת בכוונה להתחמק, או לסייע להתחמק, מתשלום ההיטל, או בכוונה לקבל החזר שאינו מגיע לו.
