הוועדה הציבורית תחליט על דרכי עבודתה ועל נוהל דיוניה, אם הם נחוצים ולא נקבעו בחוק או בתקנות אלה; יושב ראש הוועדה יפרסם את דרכי עבודתה וסדרי דיוניה באתר האינטרנט של הממונה.
